REFUND POLICY

We offer 14 days open purchase from the date you received your order.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be free from perfume, makeup, or any other signs of wear.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Shipping costs:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs – no exceptions.
  • This applies to size and colour exchanges as well – the customer covers return shipping on the sent-back item as well as shipping on the new item.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us on our website before sending the item back.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Send the item to our address within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
