Shipping Within Sweden

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout 
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

International Shipping (EU)

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Customs & Duties: For orders outside Sweden, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Anáya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
